Each assignment has a written scope, named deliverables and a fixed price.
Quality support and expertise
Owner’s quality representative, review and approval of contractor quality plans and inspection and test plans, quality surveillance, NCR and KPI follow-up, QA/QC staff secondment.
Equipment inspection and acceptance
On the buyer’s behalf (second party): vendor assessment, manufacturing surveillance, factory acceptance test (FAT) witnessing, final and pre-shipment inspection with release note, expediting, site receiving and SAT.
Mechanical completion and commissioning support
Systemisation, punch-list management, verification of mechanical completion dossiers, commissioning supervision, handover dossiers, taking-over and warranty support.
Audits
Supplier and subcontractor (second-party) audits, project quality audits, internal audits on your behalf, ISO 9001:2026 gap assessment, ISO 9001 implementation support.
Project and contract management
Owner’s project management support, project controls (schedule, cost, earned value, risk), procurement support for buyers, contract administration under FIDIC conditions, claims and dispute avoidance.
Training
In-company training
ISO 9001:2026 internal auditor; quality on construction projects; mechanical completion, commissioning and taking-over; industrial and EPC project management; Tunisian public procurement; construction contracts based on FIDIC conditions (independent course); production planning and scheduling; Lean and problem solving. Delivered in French or English.
Independence. Reindaxia does not issue certificates or perform statutory inspections; these belong to accredited or approved bodies. We disclose any conflict of interest before an assignment and never work for two parties on the same project.
